Innovation IT Services is now expanding its services and tailoring new packages for small and home office businesses. We recognise the need to have the all important backups completed and that business computers need regular maintenance. Lets face it, a slow computer is counter productive. A virus could damage your company information. A failed hard drive could make you lose everything!

Affordable monthly system maintenance AND a new computer every year!

Monthly Maintenance

The monthly maintenance will give you up to 1.5 hours onsite visit (not remote) to overhaul the computer. This includes:

•HDD Maintenance
•Fully managed system
•Hardware Diagnostics
•Implement Daily/Monthly Backup Solution
•Troubleshoot Problems
•Optimise system for performance
•Discounted call out charge

Because you will have a managed system in place, there should be no need for any extra maintenance or visits, but as the world of IT changes regularly it may be that you have something urgent that requires sorting before the end of the month. To compromise with this, if a visit is required the call out charge will be discounted to £30.

New Computer

As programs become more demanding, this has an impact on hardware and tends to slow systems down inevitably. So, why not get a brand new computer every year so you know you are up to date. We will also guarantee that the computer speed will ne sufficient to run all of your programs, and have the latest processor/memory available. What we can offer you as part of the service is a brand new system. We will transfer all the information and programs over to your new system every 12 months.

Maintenance Only:£40.00 PCM
If you have your own system and just require the maintenance. This is the option for you.

Computer Only: £40.00 PCM
If you only require a computer, but want to maintain it yourself, this is the option for you.

Combined Deal: £65.00 PCM
